Service

Nyx WA 360 provides WhatsApp Business Platform automation - setup, rule-based and AI-powered replies, campaign sending, and a conversation management portal.

Payment

Onboarding requires a 10% advance to begin setup. The remaining 90% is due once your WhatsApp Business Account is approved by Meta. Monthly subscription fees are billed separately from any Meta usage charges.

Meta approval timelines

Our own setup process typically takes about 7 days. Meta's business and number verification timeline is outside our control and is not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

You agree to message only customers who have opted in or contacted you first, and to follow WhatsApp's messaging policies. Repeated violations that lead to Meta restricting or banning your number are outside our responsibility.

Liability

We are not responsible for Meta's decisions to suspend, restrict, or ban a WhatsApp Business Account, provided our documented best practices were made available to you.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service with notice. Data will be retained for a reasonable period after termination and deleted on request.
